Any image makes the perfect puzzle whether it be a wedding, a birthday, a pet dog or cat, a holiday or any other treasured memory.

We can make a puzzle direct from a digital image (scaled at a recommended 300dpi ensuring the image is large enough for the puzzle required, dimensions below) or from an original photograph (minimum size of 5 x 7” recommended).

We have over 700 cuts so can carefully match one to the theme of your puzzle, for example if you have a marine themed image the whimsies in your puzzle might include a crab, a dolphin and a lighthouse.

Send a message within a puzzle! As if the suprise of a Wentworth puzzle as a gift wasn't enough to delight family and friends, then why not choose the option of having one made with a personal message. we can offer puzzles with the words 'Merry Christmas', 'Happy Birthday', 'Congratulations', 'Happy Anniversary' and 'Thank You' cut into the puzzle where you would usually fine our famous whimsies!

Our design department does their very best to colour match during reproduction of digital prints, however, from time to time the colour output produced may vary from what you see on your computer screen or printer. How to create your Wentworth Personal Puzzle

Step 1: Check the quality of your image

Resolution is key and we recommend 300dpi. You should consider the following points when submitting your image:

a) Is the image sharp and clear at full size?

b) Is the file big enough for the size puzzle you want (dimensions below)?
*If you are not sure simply send us the unedited image direct from your camera or memory card

c) Is the photograph your own or copyright free?
*We are unable to reproduce copyrighted images unless authorised by the copyright holder

d) Is there enough of a border around the picture to allow for cropping when we cut the puzzle?
*Please be aware that when your puzzle is cut approximately 5mm will be trimmed off each edge. It is important to consider this when submitting collages or images where there might be important detail near the edge.

OUR PERSONALISED PUZZLES ARE RECTANGULAR SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT CROP YOUR IMAGE INTO ANY OTHER SHAPE AS THIS WILL MEAN IT IS NOT SUITABLE.

We always check any images submitted and if we are concerned about the quality of the reproduction we will contact you before proceeding.

Step 2: Submitting your image

You can submit your image to us in 4 different ways:

1) Upload your digital image via our website (see bottom of page)
Please note that if your file is very large the upload may time out but you can use one of the alternative methods below to submit your image to us.

2) E-mail your digital image to us at images@jigsaws.co.uk
If your file is too big to upload via our website you can simply e-mail it to us, please ensure that you include your name, address, contact details and information on what size puzzle you would like and we will contact you to process your order.

3) Post your digital image to us on disc
You can post us your digital image on disc, visit contact us for address details. We return all discs; these are sent with the puzzle to the delivery address. Please ensure that your write all your details on any discs submitted to enable us to identify it.

4) Post your original photograph to us
You can post your original photograph to us, visit contact us for address details. We return all original photographs; these are sent with the puzzle to the delivery address.

Step 3: Complete your order

If you have e-mailed or posted your image to us we will be in touch to take payment details and process your order.

If you have uploaded your image simply select the size puzzle you want, add to your basket and proceed to the checkout!
