Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Privacy Statement:
Your personal details will only be used in connection with the supply of goods and services offered by Wentworth Wooden Jigsaws. Wentworth Wooden Jigsaws has a no tolerance spam policy.

Payments:
All items displayed on our website will be charged for in £Sterling.
Exchange rates for International transactions will be determined by the daily exchange rate applied by the cardholders credit/debit card company on the day the transaction is processed. Varied payment options are offered – see the ‘Order by Phone or Post’ section on the ‘Home Page’ for full details.

Delivery:
Normally, each product is made to order and we quote a maximum delivery time of 21 days. Should you not receive your goods within this time period then immediately contact customer services at:

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges vary dependant upon the value of the order and the region to which shipped, they are automatically calculated and applied during the online checkout procedure.

No Quibble Guarantee:
Wentworth Wooden Jigsaws is committed to supplying products of the highest standards and are proud to offer a ‘No Quibble Guarantee’ on manufacturing quality. In the unlikely event of you receiving a product that suffers from a manufacturing defect please contact customer services immediately at: customerservice@jigsaws.co.uk

You will be instructed on how to return the goods. Unregistered returns that are lost in the post will not be replaced. Upon receipt of a defectively manufactured product we will immediately despatch a replacement at our cost. We will also refund any postage costs incurred by you in making the return.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Please make your selections carefully. In line with current legislation we do allow a 'cooling off' period, and will accept returns, providing these are made within fourteen days of you receiving your goods AND the item reaches us in its original saleable condition (the item must be unopened). You do not have to give a reason for the return, but before you do return any item please contact customer services at: customerservices@jigsaws.co.uk

We aim to process any refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note we reserve the right to withhold a sum from the refund to cover our costs in the original delivery of the product to you. We do not refund any costs you incur in returning unwanted goods.

Safety:
Jigsaws do contain small pieces. It is therefore important that a responsible adult should always supervise children who are building or playing with a jigsaw puzzle. Jigsaw pieces should not be put in the mouth or swallowed as this may cause harm and may be a choking hazard for children under 3 years of age.
